David Grossmann sees painting as a heartfelt way of connecting with both creation and people. “When I paint the landscape, there is something in me that comes to life that doesn’t happen any other way,” the artist explains. “I hope to capture some of that spark and to convey it through my paintings so that others can also share in that profound sense of beauty and peace.”

Grossmann grew up in Chile, and his adventures as an artist have taken him to many parts of the world. He now lives in Colorado, where he and his wife Kristy find endless inspiration in the surrounding landscape. His paintings have received wide recognition from critics and collectors through exhibitions across the United States and in Europe.

Grossmann is represented by Altamira Fine Art (Jackson, WY and Scottsdale, AZ), Gallery 1261 (Denver), Jonathan Cooper Park Walk Gallery (London), Maxwell Alexander Gallery (Culver City, CA), Oh Be Joyful Gallery (Crested Butte, CO), and Simpson Gallagher Gallery (Cody, WY).
